Welcome to join our course in yoga for beginners!

Through these classes you will learn to know some of the basic asanas (physical postures) and pranayama techniques (breathing practices), and also some simple mudras (hand gestures) and mantras (sound).


You will be introduced to the basic principles of movement, as well the fundamental ideas of what yoga is about.

By the end of this course you will have a knowledge of the tools of yoga that you can bring home and into your life, to use for your benefit whenever you may need, and also a firm foundation from where you can continue to deepen and develop your practice - should you so desire.

It is my wish to share with you also the deeper magic of yoga.

Yoga has gotten a reputation of stretching and flexibility, but there is no need to be flexible to practice yoga.


Yoga has many benefits and among them a portal to get to know ourselves better.

You don't need to have any previous experience or any level of fitness to attend this course.
