About

I first came into contact with yoga and meditation 23 years ago, and they have been a steady companion on my life journey ever since. My practice has helped me cultivate deeper self-understanding and a kinder, more loving relationship with myself.


For the past decade I have been studying trauma and working with trauma healing. I’m passionate about exploring what it means to be human — and how we can live with more freedom, joy, and authenticity.


I’m especially fascinated by the meeting point between ancient yogic science, with its colourful and poetic language, and modern psychology and neuroscience. I look forward to welcoming you in class. You can follow me on FB: @Yoga in Brno with Janaki.
